Food standards & allergen information

All our food complies with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code and the Food Act 1984 (Vic). Allergen labelling follows the Plain English Allergen Labelling (PEAL) requirements. Please read product details carefully and contact us with dietary concerns.

Pricing & GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping costs (if any) are displayed at checkout.

Orders & payment

• Cut-off time: Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM, at least 2 days in advance.

• Payment is processed at checkout.

• An order is confirmed once we accept and process it.

Delivery & risk

We deliver across Melbourne, its suburbs, and the Mornington Peninsula — either directly or via courier. Risk transfers at delivery, but your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain protected.

Consumer guarantees

Under the ACL, you’re entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or fail to meet acceptable quality.

Our logos, branding, and product photography are the property of Melbourne Canteen. They may not be reproduced without permission.
