Returns and replacement policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

You are entitled to a remedy if goods fail to meet consumer guarantees:

  • Major failure: Choose a refund or replacement

  • Minor issue: We will repair, replace, or refund within a reasonable time

Change of mind

Due to food safety, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on perishable items once dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours (photos help) so we can arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.

Allergens & labelling errors

If a product is mislabelled or doesn’t match its allergen/ingredient info, you’re entitled to a remedy under the ACL.
