Delivery areas

We deliver to Melbourne, its suburbs, and the Mornington Peninsula.
Deliveries may be made by our own team or through trusted courier partners.

Order cut-off & dispatch

• Orders must be placed 2 days in advance

• Daily cut-off: 8:00 PM

• Dispatch occurs within the timeframe stated on our site

Delivery & timing

We aim to deliver on the scheduled day and within a reasonable time. External factors (weather, traffic, courier capacity) may affect timing. If we fail to deliver within a reasonable time, ACL remedies apply.

Perishable handling

We package food with care (including ice packs/insulation if needed). Refrigerate or freeze per label instructions immediately upon delivery.

Missed deliveries

If no one is available, our driver/courier may leave a card, reschedule, or leave the parcel if you’ve selected Authority to Leave (ATL).
For perishable products, we can’t guarantee quality if delivery is delayed due to missed collection.

Shipping fees

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout and include GST.
